We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Lead to shape and execute our overall digital commerce strategy. This role is for someone who understands how to position products in the digital space using the best industry practices to drive revenue growth while preserving brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to maximize B2C sales across our website and third-party platforms (e.g., Farfetch)
  • Optimize digital product placement, ensuring the best presentation, storytelling, and pricing strategy
  • Leverage organic and paid channels, including SEO, paid media, and on-site optimization, to drive traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the customer journey and site performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, applying best practices to e-commerce growth without devaluing the brand
  • Work cross-functionally with the social & brand team, aligning e-commerce initiatives with overall brand strategy
  • Manage and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a high-performance culture

Ideal Candidate:

  • A fashion e-commerce enthusiast who understands the nuances of online luxury and premium retail
  • A strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions
  • Experience in digital merchandising, conversion optimization, and performance marketing
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to cross-manage projects across multiple teams

  • Increase digital e-commerce revenue while maintaining brand integrity
  • Improve conversion rates and customer retention
  • Expand online presence and reach through optimized product positioning and strategic partnerships
