About you:

As the Brand PR & Influence Lead at Sleeper, your foremost responsibility is to develop and sustain high-caliber media and influencer relationships, ensuring that our brand is highly regarded in the eyes of our customers. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in positioning Sleeper at the forefront of industry discussions and endearing us to our community.

Your Mission:

• Develop and sustain key media relationships, ranging from editors to celebrities, in alignment with our brand ethos, values, and customer base.
• Act as the brand's ambassador, effectively communicating the Sleeper story and values both internally and externally, amplifying our influence in the industry.
• Forge compelling narratives for consumer engagement and secure premium media coverage across various channels.
• Strengthen media connections and explore partnership opportunities, leveraging our rich heritage and resources.
• Utilize influencer marketing to deepen brand affection and loyalty.
• Identify optimal partnership opportunities for brand growth.
• Collaborate with our marketing and eCommerce teams to advance brand initiatives and launch new products.

What You Should Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing, PR, or a related field.
• Exceptional networking skills with strong connections in media and influencer circles.
• A passion for the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills and adeptness in idea presentation.
• Proficiency in social media, with a deep understanding of various platforms.
• Expertise in orchestrating campaigns and managing daily communication flows.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities swiftly.
• A data-oriented mindset with solid analytical and KPI reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
